Exchange Policy

Our exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Items that are not clothing, such as lighters, stickers, or candles cannot be exchanged. 

To request an exchange, you must contact SUPERGULL LLC by email: store@supergull.com, or by direct messaging @super.gull on Instagram.

To complete your exchange, we require a screenshot of your order confirmation. 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you have the option of receiving either an exchange or equal value, or store credit for the value of your exchange.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the above statement applies.

Shipping

Upon approval of a requested exchange, please mail your product to:

You will be emailed a shipping label, paid for by SUPERGULL LLC, shortly after requesting an exchange. The exchange postage is valid for 7 days until it is voided, meaning there is a one week window in which you are able to send the product back, whereas the date the product arrives back to SUPERGULL LLC does not have to take place within 7 days.

Within 24 hours of receiving your exchanged item, your replacement item will be shipped back to you at no cost. Only 1 exchange is allowed per each individual order.

SUPERGULL LLC has the right to treat exchanges on a case-by-case basis, as well as refuse exchanges for any reason.
